I'm not sure if it's a bug, but whenever I start a save with Japan the ``Hokkaido development commission´´ removes from the journal.
Great mod btw, it adds so much flavor

Oh yeah, I can see that too now, Something must have gone wrong before launch. Will include a fix in tonights update.

A lots of errors in log.error file, some files with "}" error, wrong modifers name, event scope, ...

I have tested the update, and although the ``Hokkaido Development Commission´´ seemed to be ok at the beginning, after completing it nothing happened nor any event popped, or at least I didn't notice any change.

Apart from that, the ``Line of Advantage´´ Journal entry just disappeared.

My apologies, there was indeed a missing bracket in the japan file after the fix. Both journal entries should be working now.

Thank you for the tool sugggestion Shin, I will use that to clean up some code soon.

USA needs to press harder on Manifest Destiny and work to clean up messy borders and not ask for states that would be isolated regions in peace deals with Mexico. Also, I saw in vanilla play and with this mod that Prussia makes protectorates a lot after the update, which causes some states to be locked in hard and others to drop out of the customs union, never to rejoin. Net result: Germany is not forming because of the protectorates thing.

I just notice that you also need this extension for syntax highlighting, try changing language mode to vic3 or paradox if it doesn't auto detect.
