No nobles while playing as humans
Always either start with administrator or no leader at all, administrator is unable to do any noble functions, haven't seen expedition leader after purposely restarting, also played for 3 years without a leader hoping an election would come in and get me a mayor, no such luck, so basically humans are unplayable.

That's odd. Try reinstalling the mod and creating a new world.

Okay I managed to get expedition leaders after doing that, now it's a matter of seeing if all my other mods will play nice, thanks again.

turns out it wasn't the SEEU race mods, it was Dark Ages IV: War & Mythos, when enabling this mod, it makes it so only dwarves are playable so it's probably because DAIV replaces/overhauls some vanilla races like gobbos and humans and elves.

Dunno if you plan on making compatible patches with other big overhaul mods like that or if you have the time to even do that, but I can imagine people would be pretty hyped if you did.
