Maybe add the RvB Freelancers and blood gulch crew as heroes? and more insurrectionists idea's?
You could add Agent Maine/The Meta, Agent North Dakota, Tucker as heroes. whilst having the Insurrectionists have their own "Heroes" with resistance ODST's and Spartans instead of having just resistance cyclopes' and marines, they could even team up with the heretics.
