I have MCC on gamepass PC. Is it possible to use this mod with that version?

I downloaded mine on Nexus mods and for some reason it wont work, I've made sure to have the files in the right place and start it in disabled anti cheat mode. Any ideas on why it doesn't work? I have tried EVERYTHING and searched EVERYWHERE for answers. I am stumped...
