A bug happened when the one Phantom came down to bring me to the arena. There were some infection forms on the field near the Phantom and they infected dead bodies in the area. The combat forms were automatically allies. After I came back from the arena, they were still allies and fighting with me and all my regular friendlies.

Not really a "game breaking" bug. More of a fun feature.
