How to kill the final boss?
After reaching the very end and facing off against Atriox himself i exhausted every single weapon before resorting to a fist fight with atriox. When I died and the game ended, I re-spawned at the beginning of the epilogue and did the fight all over again. Is it possible to defeat Atriox? or is he just an unkillable boss?

edit: figured it out ages ago, once e knocked me back into the basin and i realized i could be down there, i just hopped into a hawk and killed him.

Yes, it is possible to kill Atriox, i have done so everytime i reach him, and if you really need any extra weapons, you should know that despite the fog, you can actually go back into the map to get more weapons if needed.

Is he the one after the pelican crashes? I'm pretty sure he's just a reskinned tartarus. When I was playing on heroic he went down after unloading sniper shots and other random guns into him.

this is it thank you. after posting this he threw me down into map where i grabbed a hawk and finished him off

Stay mobile, and keep up the gunfire. Melee is a death sentence against him.

Yeah I killed him it and then it went into overtime And I just started killing everyone as usual

Killed him with a vehicle.

i just went to the spawn most weapons sticker and sawed his head off with.. well... a saw

also does anyone remember when if you pressed the sticker you could find his mace? i think it was before weaver made the boss fight

Run away to the little pyramid, get the spartan laser and take potshots at him
