yes its just a more rare reward before boss rounds.

You're most likely to get it on a normal play through of the story rather than sandbox mode due to the unlocked rewards making there be so many more possible rewards. you could also keep starting a boss wave via the secret button over and over and beat an easy boss until you get it

Imho, choosing the Grizzly is NOT worth it since, unlike the 457 camp mods that ACTUALLY let you utilize the Grizzly's missile launchers in a missile pod-manner (as shown >here<) from H3 457 camp mods, UFS's Grizzly is SEVERELY DOWNGRADED in not just the lack of missile launchers, but also includes a VERY NASTY Reach-like quality in which, after accruing enough damage, the ENTIRE TANK gets reduced to merely the literal driver's cabin, everything else gets vaporized, unlike the Scorp which, while lacking the Grizzy's twin-HMGs on top of its dual tank barrels, is MUCH more reliable and likely to survive harsh encounters and is MUCH less likely to be reduced to a Reach-like "helpless" state, which is why I ALWAYS lean more toward the Scorp tank. The only reason i'd EVER pick the UFS Grizzly is if there's no better choices on the other two options, seriously...
