I have download this mod but when i start playing there it is not in 1648 but in 1836, Some solucion ??

Have you, in the launcher: created playset, added mod to playset, selected the playset?

same here - the game starts as a vanilla without reading the mod

sorted - requires steam agent to be restarted from time to time - useless technology
