Edit: I'm sorry because previous commit was missing the ` = ` between translated items and cause it's not apply translations, so I'll fix that with new commit.

Sorry again, I'll update translation following new items that add more style of sailor and more colors of ties.
And I'm also make English template of ItemName file that ready for translations to another languages from anyone, but placed into ENTEMP folder to ensure that it will not override item name that already provided from item script files.

Note that at the time I write this comment, it seems like Codeberg is updating servers and cause having some downtime, sorry again for inconvenience if you cannot reach my translation files during.

I think if you installed Fashion montage or Fashionista mod, you can pick any cloths to spawn with even you didn't turn on unlock all clothing in sandbox, but still limited that school swimsuit variants aren't underwear slot (it's use Torso1 as I remember), so unlock clothing maybe needed for this.

As RUN 90s mentioned, you can also use the (vanilla) sandbox settings to set up a custom game using the same settings as any of the defaults, just check the box under Character > All Clothing Unlocked to give you access to everything in the character creation screen.
