[BUG] Menu widget

The menu widget renders on the world map, even when "Toggle Always Bring Display Bars To Top" is turned off.

that's intentional, that button needs to be visible all the time because if it ever gets stuck behind something it will stay stuck forever and you'd have to delete one of the mod files in order to get it back.
