(i) This weapon reloads its entire clip at once.
(i) Close range kills with this weapon gib the target

EDIT: Alternatively, instead of restoring health, it could apply knockback on the target and shooter like the Force A Nature, allowing Heavy to have another option for snubbing ubercharging and enhancing mobility.

Why the Health Regen? It Makes no Sense, Instead how about extra 20-40 health on Equip?

Alternatively, instead of an instant 20-40 health (which can be abused in place of the sandvich), it passivley extra 25% health on full health like the quick fix, but at the rate of a stock medigun’s healing beam. Otherwise, it heals 20 health on kill if The Heavy is damaged

Pressing alt-fire will fire both barrels at once at the cost of a temporary decrease in reload speed

+10% Tighter bullet spread
+25% additional pellets

-66% clip size

Because it needs to compete with the Sandvich in order to be a viable secondary.

Woah. This is a really cool idea. So far even though we have shotguns in the game, there's no option to blast both. Hopefully this makes it so it can kill at close range with one shot, but if you miss or there are more enemies, you are f******.

health on shot would suck to play against especially on a heavy, and just adding more max hp doesnt really make anyone wanna actually use the secondary

I think this would be a cool idea if it was something more like the candy cane where enemies drop health kits when killed by this. Plus if its a healthkit drop you can also help teammates get health like with the sandwhich

That's basically what I was thinking, as the family business and panic attack focus on rate of fire, the boomstick would focus on power

If i may Frankenstein a few of these suggestions:

(i) pressing alternate-fire expends both barrels, inflicting knock-back at the cost of slower reload speed

+ 10% tighter bullet-spread

+ 25% additional pellets

+ 20-25 health restored-on-hit when health is beneath 50%

-66% Clip-size

- (insert)% Player-speed on alt-fire (or alternatively " - wider bullet-spread on alt-fire ")

(i) (Enemies killed in close-range by alt-fire will gib)

Now, I'm just suggesting but... 30 Health on kill, with the dual-shot function that was mentioned already, but a 15% slower holster rate on top of everything else.

replaces the minigun as a primary
+ 1 sandvich
On kill: gain a speed buff for 10 seconds that can stack
+ 30 pellets
+ 50% damage
= 200% knockback
- 66% clip size
- no random crits

Basically I made the ultimate yeet machine

Here's my take, funny cause I was brainstorming something like this before I found this weapon and its previous stat concepts:

The Baikal Boomstick

(+) 20% damage
(-) 25% clip size
(-) 30% reload speed

(+) Borscht Dynamite: Right click fires a shot that causes the barrels of your gun to explode! The bullets deal +50% damage, and the explosion deals a flat 60 damage to anyone within its short radius, including you. Deals considerable knockback to you and your victim. Disables firing the weapon for 20 seconds, or until you touch a resupply cabinet.

The weapon would be something a Heavy would use to push enemies back.
