Alternatively, instead of an instant 20-40 health (which can be abused in place of the sandvich), it passivley extra 25% health on full health like the quick fix, but at the rate of a stock medigun’s healing beam. Otherwise, it heals 20 health on kill if The Heavy is damaged
Pressing alt-fire will fire both barrels at once at the cost of a temporary decrease in reload speed

health on shot would suck to play against especially on a heavy, and just adding more max hp doesnt really make anyone wanna actually use the secondary
I think this would be a cool idea if it was something more like the candy cane where enemies drop health kits when killed by this. Plus if its a healthkit drop you can also help teammates get health like with the sandwhich
That's basically what I was thinking, as the family business and panic attack focus on rate of fire, the boomstick would focus on power
