You create it just like any other .txt file on your computer, but then change the extension to .cfg.

Hey,

I recommend to double-check everything is set-up correctly. I wrote a quick lookup list to verify that here:

Basically make sure that you started a new savegame with "Addons Enabled", the mod was enabled ideally last, there are no mods interfering. You should see the effect after killing Combine Grunts / Combine Officers.

EDIT: I'll re-upload the addon to make sure the new Workshop ID matches.

EDIT2: I re-uploaded the addon. It should update automatically (or you can sort of force it by restarting Steam). Let me know if it fixed your problem.

I gave it a test with Scalable Init Support and it seems to be working correctly for me now, so tell me if it fixed the issue for you.

I must have uploaded the latest update without changing the Workshop ID for the init script, which Scalable Init Support relies on, so if it was enabled the mod wouldn't function correctly.
