Bug Report [Caused when this patch active]
Been having this issue pre-1.0.0, posting both here and with DynamicEuropa, cannot determine which mod conflicts with which, however upon disabling this patch the two loaded do not cause the following issue (Just does not even add the stations, but events are fixed.)

Duplicated Dialogue with Job Board and Beacon Events Causing Soft-Lock

DynE works in standalone - SFB works in standalone. Unsure if SFB with DE needs additional compat patching to resolve duplicated events/dialogue/missiongive.

This behavior occurs with the beacon events as well, and though I am completely oblivious to how modding works, I figured I would try to at least help towards a patch. Each screenshot should contain a caption that notates further what they represent.

Edit: DynE refers to Dynamic Europa.

Edit 2: The following quote may actually reference why it softlocks, but not the duplication of dialogue, sourced from DynamicEuropa that may be relevant to what the patch does. I.E. the endconversation attribute being altered in some way. This is speculation.

(In reference to another mod that caused a similar issue, that I actually got to help solve <3)
