However, you can and are able to interact with them, trade with their merchants and/or fight them. With good relations (or by conquering them) you'll be able to recruit their soldiers or force their kings to follow you in battle.
The current early slavonic minor factions in game are the Sporoi, ancestors to Antes/Sklavenoi, and the Vistula Veneti.

Our biggest issue is Warband's old engine: the game can bear only a certain amount of factions before it starts lagging because the game has hard times managing all the factions simultaneously. For this reason we had to limit ourselves to the most important factions of the time and many are still not in game and will be added in the next updates (Axum, Ghassanids, Lakhmids, Himyar, Hephthalites, Kidarites, etc)... Sooo... To shortly answer you, we will transform the slavic minor factions into proper factions if we find a way to bypass the engine limitations without causing lag that will make the game unplayable.
