How do I convert Religion?

Great Mod. I'm trying to get married but the father says I am of the wrong religion, but I can't seem to see what my religion is, is it linked to culture? How do I convert to Christian?

Find a religious head like the pope or patriach or try the monasteries/pagan groves depending on the religion

You need to go to a religious head character, as stated by Batriq Iban Ba-Atman just above me, and talk with him. Also, beware, you can only convert once per playthrough!
