Smoker trait bar gets stuck
Hey,

i am trying to get rid of the smoker trade on my own locally hosted MP server but the progression bar gets stuck at some arbitrary, but high, number.
After i smoke a cigarette and quit again the number starts to get smaller again but then gets stuck again at another number. Has anybody had the issue?

It's possible to halt your progress, check spreadsheet
