Are you getting any ki d of errors you can post here? I would also suggest leaving a comment on their bug discussion.

Mainly in that cassette cases refuse to carry any cassettes from the aforementioned mod by lea, and related mods. Is there a compatibility mod available, or is there a way to make them compatible? There isn't much I can do with that one. They're mod is so huge that they also do something similar with their spawning system which naturally clashes with my mod. For their stuff to fit in my containers all they need to do is give their items the same display categories my mod should normally be giving them but that may not be a feasible ask on their end.

Does it just throw an error and everything still works? I'll test it when I get a chance but I've never used that mod and I would need to commission the fix.

Found that Lore Cassettes (2839277937) and Lore Vinyls (2840486249) are incompatible. Thinking it might be caused from their own item category for music, or because they also add 'packaged' music to help with loot tables when you have a lot of music added.

If I remember right those two mods have their own spawning method different from how true music add-ons usually works. There's not much I can do to make them compatible. As for having their items fit in my storage containers you are correct that they would need to make their items display categories match mine.
