About Interloper, Since it is a big chapter, in Which sections/maps did you find struggles?
Thanks for the feedback!
-Utilizing the Pillar in the middle of the elevator is key. It's your only cover during the ascension. It protects most of the damage if you manage to bait the controllers' attack to hit the pillar.
-Be aware of their attacks' timing: Since they are gonna attack from every direction, it is good to be aware that while you are killing the ones in front of you, the ones behind you will be shooting at you. if you get the timings right, you can shoot in front for a bit, run away from the attacks that you know will be coming from behind, then attack the ones behind, repeat.
-Know how the attacks work: You probably already know how their "balls" work. They get stuck in the surface they hit and stay there a while, dealing damage. If you get hit, move or you will just take more damage!
-(Obviously it becomes much easier if you kill most before they can even throw their attacks at you)
I am not saying that this section is easy compared to the rest of the mod, i think it has its challenges, but i definitely think you can do it with the proper strategies. I'm loving the feedback i'm getting of the mod!
The Hard difficulty will remain as the Nightmare difficulty in spite of suggestions to change to Easy. (Reasoning: Some NPC actions are different in Hard. Besides that, switching difficulty only alters the Damage Dealt/Taken of the player, the rest of the difficulty changes of nightmare remain, which means that with Nightmare mode installed, you can only play nightmare mode regardless of which difficulty you choose (you are still recomended to choose the difficulty intended for the mod for every feature to work as intended)
Hey, wasup!
Ty for the find. yeah, i wasn't really concerned too much with alternative pathings when i was testing the mod out.
I'm not that active in the mod anymore but for sure seems reasonable to remove that one as well. When I see myself meddling with the mod again, i'll deal with that as well as try to see if there is some new way to make the barnacle in my original vision.
Thanks again
