are you pressing q and e to place? left click it to deselect, and im currently working on a way to show people more clearly the controls when they get into the game!

Hm, okay. Im not able to replicate this problem, is there a specific map you were on or something along those lines?

found the problem. it's wording.
when you try to spawn using Q and E it gives you the grid and the text in the bottom right, right?
if you try to click to spawn it, it cancels the placement mode thingy
once your in said placement mode thingy, you THEN need to press q or e. mouse 1 cancels placement mode thingy.
