Genes currently in the Core mod

The spawn chance of most genes varies in weight from 0.4 (low) to 1.5 (high).

This list does not include genes from my other mods, such as "Vampire, Demons, and the Undead".

(a): Archite Gene.
(N): Won't spawn in genepacks
(L): VERY unlikely to spawn. Usually because of redundancy or to avoid gene-pack bloat.
(c): Grants custom trait from this mod.

I messed around a bit with the Vampire's mod and noticed that some of its functions come from this one.
Specificaly i wanted to try making a Succubus variant with 3 stages like the Dracul.
Would it be possible to code the stage progression in a more general way
so that they can be defined in just XML instead?

Assuming you want time-based progression, yeah, that would be fairly easy to set up.

Unfortunately my PC died on me and is now sent back for repairs, but making a generic version of both the stages and the disease->genes setup is something I might tackle when I get the PC back.

I'm going to push a rather major rework that will enable adding stages and stuff like inflicting hediffs that infect you with sets of genes (or even other Hediffs).

It is a bit long-winded so I'm going to put it on the mod-discord, I figure it is easier to find there than in one of the many mod's discussion parts.

...especially since I'm moving all the source/C# code into Better Prerequisites soon.
