Bugs with some genes that hediffs

Hi ive recently made a xenotype with mystic warrior and glamour and they seem to not be working at all, they dont add the hediffs they are supposed to and i dont know what could be stopping them from doing this, i did some troubleshooting but still no luck, maybe you can figure it out easier?

I recall seeing something about this on Discord. I'm guessing them not working (along with issues with other mods) was resolved when removing the Worktab mod?
