Noticing this when trying to load pre-made pawns into a new world, sometimes the "Troll Nose" just... doesn't work?

I've loaded the same pawn twice here, and in one instance he has the nose, in the other he just doesn't for some reason. They are exactly the same pawn down to every detail, but for some reason the Troll Nose just isn't registering for one of them.

Really frustrating when i'm needing to re-design a bunch of premades from scratch since i made a minor edit to their genotype earlier.
