is there a setting or a tweak or anything i can do to make it so that the "Regeneration" archite gene doesn't touch Old Age effects? Like Bad-back, Dementia, Cataracts, etc?

I've got a custom Xenotype with the Regeneration gene because i wanted them to be able to regrow limbs and organs, but i still want them to eventually grow old and die (i even gave them the "Short lifespan" gene because i wanted them to only live to around 40 ish). But for whatever reason, the Regeneration gene seems to also be curing the ageing effects.

If i wanted my pawns to be ageless, i would have given them the Non-senescent gene.

The Regeneration gene doesn't say anything about touching age-related effects, just limbs and organs. so i'm not sure why this is happening.
