BUG REPORTS
Hi, have you run into any bugs while playing ONH? This is the place to report those, and I will try to get them fixed as soon as possible.

COMMON ISSUES
There are a few issues which come up commonly, some of which are solvable and some aren't. Figured I'd formally list them all somewhere.

Issue
SBCameraScroll textures aren't lining up with geometry

Why this happens
SBCameraScroll has to merge all the room pngs together which takes a while, so it will only do this the first time a region is entered. If a room changes after the CameraScroll texture is generated (such as by installing a region mod that modifies vanilla rooms) then the textures get messed up.

Solution
Delete the CameraScroll textures so it'll generate new ones. You can find them in steamapps\workshop\content\312520\2928752589\world and for ONH, the ones you'll need to delete are
world\sb-rooms\sb_f03.png
world\sb-rooms\sb_a11.png
world\sh-rooms\sh_e03.png
world\sh-rooms\sh_e03riv.png


Issue
HUD map has misaligned rooms and paths

Why this happens
Rain World 1.9 has half-written map merging code for custom regions. Since it's half-written it is impossible to replace the map file, but they also don't merge correctly. This is an issue with 1.9, not with the mod.

Solution
There's no good solution for the time being, can only hope it will be fixed in a future RW update

Issue
Room connections lead to the wrong place

Why this happens
When ONH room connections are used on MSC rooms, the connections get mismatched. This shouldn't be possible as far as I'm aware as the game should always use ONH rooms instead of MSC ones, but for some reason a few people have still run into this issue. Please let me know if you have this issue, as the more reports I get I can better figure out what's happening

Solution
Navigate to steamapps\workshop\content\312520\2923214961\world and grab the following files:
world\sb-rooms\sb_f03.txt
world\sb-rooms\sb_a11.txt
world\sh-rooms\sh_e03.txt
world\sh-rooms\sh_e03riv.txt
Copy these files into Rain World\RainWorld_Data\StreamingAssets\mergedmods\world and put them in the same sub-directory as they came from. This will need to be redone any time mods are changed.
I will be looking for a more proper solution, but I cannot replicate this issue on my machine, and I can't find any consistencies between who has this issue and who doesn't. So please let me know if you have this issue, as the more reports I get the better I can figure out what's happening

not necessarily looking for a fix, just want to inform any others that score galore breaks with onh (or maybe just fisobs! not sure, regardless. same effect) and will essentially require a restart each cycle with it enabled :]

I honestly don't know if its intentional or a bug, but this mod is causing a lot of the rooms and tunnels in subterranean to be rerouted

Theia, this *should* be fixed if you have ONH 1.03 or above. If you have that and still have this issue, try disabling and re-enabling ONH. Otherwise I know what is happening, but I'm not sure why it'd happen as I can't replicate it.
Did the new update affect the dependencies again? I cant seem to get the game to launch with them active.
Seems like every time downpour updates though it just has a really hard time launching so it might just be me.

I am having an issue with Subterranean. I THINK what had happened is, before I understood region abbreviations and had accidentally teleported to the Far Lands and then when I basically stumbled back to Subterranean (without having been there before on a fresh install), SB Camera kicked on and did it's thing where it makes a multi-tile map?

Well, anyways, SB_F03, the big huge iconic Subterranean fissure you have to jump in is waaay wrong and my character seems to be stuck behind what is supposed to to be the Alpha? I have to kinda guess and jump around in order to make it to the echo or get over to those rail lines.

Upon examining my various txt folders within ONH's world folder, and then MoreSlugcats world folder and the base game streaming assets World folder SB_F03's numbers are off?

So I dunno.. Is it SB Cammera or is it because I went from Far Lands to Subterranean first instead of the other way? Should I just wipe everything and reinstall and try and see if that fixes or can I smudge some numbers and fix it?

I understand how this isn't completely Old New Horizons doing as far as the weirdo misaligned world cell SB_F03, I want to put the information out there in case anyone else should encounter issues such as mine so maybe they can be fixed.

I have turned off SB Camera Scroll, and now the subteranean fissure is correctly loading. What is happening is that the entire left side of the Cells on map SB_F03 is being cut out when SB Camera Scroll does it's thing. Furthermore, alongside the whole left side of SB_F03 (which is 4 cells up/down), SB_FN1, TOPSIDE (a 2 camera cell), and the shelter SB_S09 do not show on the "slugsense" map or whatever. With the Dev Tools they do show but they are there, but not really where I think they should go lol.

So yea; SB_F03, SB_FN1, TOPSIDE, and SB_S09 These all are added by ONH. They don't show up on the in game map, but on the dev tools map they do. All the cells pips and stuffs are functional, the shelter is functional, all the pipes take you where you are supposed to go. The gates work.

ConsoleLog has 2,800 something errors about unable to place sound objects lol

SB_TOPSIDE and SB_S09 are added by MSC, and the ConsoleLog spamming sound objects is due to somebody forgetting to remove some code that prints the name of each sound object to the log.

Glad you could figure out that SBCameraScroll was the issue there, although I've just now added a 'common issues' section to the header of this discussion including instructions on how to get these rooms working with SBCameraScroll.

Yup thanks for the clarification. I had 3 world folders and kept being like... uhhh ok this one is uhhhh nope nope uhhh lol

So yea, essentially I just unsubbed from both Old New Horizons, SB Camerra, and then Uninstalled Rain World, and basically nuked every detail I could find that had Rain World "stuff" unless I wanted to keep it.

Then I reinstalled, re subbed to SB Camerra, and Old New Horizons, and I think a BIG thing that helped this time was going the correct way, from Subterranean to the Far Lands, and not the other way around, because now, It is all working flawlessly and it's awesome.

I have a bug that if I enable ONH it will load for a fr long time, then it does nothing and it only shows me a black screen. I have all stuff ONH needs enabled. I dont know if its incompatible with some mods, so yea.

Ok so i have a bug/error, pretty much what happens is that it shows the downloading workshop content for about 5 minutes, gets to 100% and then goes back to 0 and freezes up, any help?

you can get soft locked if you go into memory crypts from shaded unless you have karma 10

you will lose slugpups when sleeping in a shelter in any of these regions, I have tested it at least 7 times, all with the result of them being missing form the shelter upon the start of a new cycle.

It seems like the mod breaks the map of lower filtration system, making the map completely blank asides from exits. It happens with just more slugcats and the mod itself. Has this been brought up before?
