Rebel Samuel model exists, but the NPC model is nonexistent
I decided to investigate why Rebel Samuel is an error, and I found the problem.

The NPC links to models/humans/group01/male_10_sam_rebel.mdl, but the actual model in the files is models/humans/group03/male_10_sam_rebel.mdl.

Hopefully that helps fix why Rebel Samuel is showing up as an error!
