Landing gear, allows to be landed on water and land easily

Yeah, definitely revisiting the idea of landing gear. It usually handles landings pretty well either way but after some testing it looks like it is possible to damage it on landing if you full send it into the ground.

That was something we fixed on the original version with the shock absorbing landing gear that had, but that was replaced with the pontoons on this.

Maybe turn this into a regular H-19? Also maybe a small amphibious helicopter tender to allow us to tug this thing into ports?

Well, there are plans to turn the original version into the regular S-38 and military S-38 but these were delayed because I thought people might find it annoying if I spam out a bunch of different versions of this helicopter.

But specifically do you mean "regular" as in civilian or military version?

As for the tender, I'm not exactly sure how that could be done. You can currently tow the heli using the rope anchors on the pontoons. But a tender definitely sounds like an interesting idea.

Welp, guess I'll get on it, at least for the military version. I'm not sure how well received a general civilian version would be. Very excited to set up the door gunner position for the military variant.

Well, I did get some work done on a military variant and will be doing some fine tuning now that I've gotten to see a military variant in person this below will be getting a huge overhaul.
