Pop consolidation
Yesterday I started a run with aggressive consolidation to make the end game faster, but I was wondering what is the setting you play with and you would recommend? Is moderate better for balance or is the difference not that high?

Even on aggressive I havent found anything to be unbalanced, The homeland mechanic keeps most of the expected experience, russia and austria for example feel the same, it mainly changes stuff that seems to stay behind the scenes, I would reccoment keeping aggressive on
