Tank Spinning Endlessly & Disregarding Commands
For no particular reasons, AI tank crews will start driving in a perfect circle spinning at one point, the tank will disregard all waypoints. When I disembark the crew, the crew will not respond to any waypoint command's either, until I ungroup them and regroup them at which point the tank crew squad will function fine. HOWEVER, if I order the crew to get into the tank, they will start spinning again. Reverse command works. When I order the tank to reverse sometimes they will stop responding to waypoints all together. This issue is repeatable, I have repeated the process to try to solve it with the same result in multiple games. I am playing with no mods other than CBA and ZEUS WARGAME RTS mod.

Do you have the mod updated to the latest version?
Pressing the Cancel key, 'C' or selecting 'cancel' from the menu should stop the vehicle from moving.
Let me know if that works.

I do have it updated. Unfortunately, doing cancel/stop doesn't effect the team. I have also tried the hold position/move at will and maneuver/combat modes too.

I have also noticed, unlike infantry, AI vehicles will start to move on their own occasionally. Even if set to hold position mode.

Does it only happen when the tank is in combat or outside combat as well?

Both, inside combat and outside of combat.

I'm having this problem too. I think that the driver must be in a separate group from the gunner etc, or else they'll simply stand still. I've tested this a lot in the editor with tanks from multiple mods and DLCs. It also applies to some wheeled vehicles, like the trucks in spearhead with MGs.

Yes. It is important to give the order to the driver. If you accidentally select passengers and give them the order the vehicle won't move, that's more of an arma thing though. I never considered that the driver might be in an entirely separate group I'll have to test this.

I made some changes in the last update that should fix this problem and the vehicle stopping when giving new waypoints.

First of all, congrats for making such a great mod, it´s definitely a must have. I´m having troubles with moving orders, specially with redfor vehicles. Currently i´m using Cup and rhs mods and some of the vehicles just ignore the moving orders.i´ve tried several times, using cancel/stop key to refresh the command but i they just don´t move so i have to use tactical planning to move them wich is fine but inadequate with very long distances. i´ve updated the mod several times just to discard that possible error.
