Bug Reports
Ideally report bugs here.
Reporting a bug, in general:

If the mod gave an error on startup, a screenshot of that.


If the game soft crashed or failed on a menu. Do not restart your game.
Go to to your game folder "Rain World"
There should be a "exception.log", which is the critical error log.
Restarting the game always deletes this file.
Usually the info in this file will tell what is wrong where and the likely mod culprit.


"Rain World\consoleLog.txt" does not contain any useful information on it's own.
Mods may add their own debug messages, so it can still be useful.
(I don't usually, beyond seeing if IL code failed)


If something just didn't happen, it can be possible that the mod maker just forgot.

hello! recently encountered a problem that pinned spears cause small but noticeable fps drop. it became clear to me when playing as Arti: when spear is pinned and i'm nearby it (a few chunks) - fps drop, and when i take it from the wall fps immediately recover. it lasts approximately for a week, near the time you updated your expedition mods. i never experienced that strange bug before:D i tried to disable your mods and it seems okay again!

i wonder if you could fix this please when you have time and energy ^^ really love these mods of yours and can't imagine playing without it anymore (thank you kindly for your hard work!)

Rivulet cycle length multiplier seems to be adding to cycle length instead of decreasing it, was noticing 20+ pips which should not be happening

I left in a Debug.log on accident for the SpearWall perk so that was probably why it lagged.

Rivulet has Monk length cycles by default. This isn't something I change. The shorter cycles are chanced based. But also 20+ pips is something any slug cat can sometimes see just rarely.

so im not sure if anyone else has reported this, and honestly i dont even mind if it doesnt get fixed officially because i think its funny, but the mother perk seems to interact weirdly with the other slugpup mods im running
specifically i loaded into the expedition and there were 10x as many slugpups than there were supposed to be
on pups for everyone (and genetic slups, but i suspect its pups for everyone) i have the pup cap set to 20, and when i left the shelter and counted all the pups there were in fact 20 sluppies
i havent done any further testing largely in part because i am perfectly content to goof around in expedition with 20 puppies so i dont know for sure if its just a coincidence or not, but it definitely seems related at least

either way, i really enjoy the mod! thank you for making it :steamhappy:
