[Ideas] Tweaks + adjustments/ideas
1: a possible cultist bard to sing all types of songs
2: some cultist or seekers to guard?
3: have a possible potential essential cultist follower
4: throne room, 1st floor using a tower model and the room is behind the harmaeus mora statue.

5: a special sort of ritual room above the throne room 2nd floor, where you collect certain "items" (seeker = some type of obtainable book? or "seeker hide"? or a cultist = cultist armor set, 1 melee weap, 1 ranged, 1 ranged ammo to make the cultist's essential items) Note the followers made in the ritual room there can be only 3 existing but when 1 dies you can resummon another. also there should be a book just to say what you need to make the cultists

6: a sort of town/village in apocrypha where you ask villagers/poor guys/retired guards (new npcs inside inns, shops, cities, towns, etc) to live in your area of apocrypha in a small city (size of whiterun or 2 whiteruns at least)

7: special "Apocrypha Brand" weapons + armor which look similar to miraaks weapons but not the special miraak's sword abilities: Staffs, swords, shields, battleaxes, a halberd?, katana?, A Really big long sword like the one used in final fantasy advent children?, 2-3 craftable spells? (seeker etc) Plate + Scale + Mage armor? (Scale is light, plate is heavy and mage is light but all armors look similar-ish to the cultist armors)

8: special "Miraak's Shield" that relates in similar ways to "Auriel's Shield"?
[Stats of the idea]
Miraak's Shield
Defence: 25-29
Shield bashing: 10-11 Hp Health + Stamina
Special Ability
Upon using a power bash (needs power bash perk in blocking skill tree) and your shield has stored 3 power attacks (should have a noticeable effect upon leveling up in charges left until its very very noticeable) you will unleash a wave of harmaeus Mora's tenticles will damage any enemy it hits for 20-29 Hp or it will take over their minds and fight for you for 160 seconds (take over minds is 19-26% chance and ordinary damage is a 27-37 chance out of 100% each. each enemy it hits for example 3 enemies hit at once takes individual effects, 2 could die and the other mind controlled
Obtainable In: Defeating Miraak's cultist general in the black book in the throne room called: War Basics Of Life

9: a special "prison room" where you can put non essential Npcs in and can torture them, Note if this is put in dont do it on quest related npcs JUST INCASE! Heimskr is ok or nazeem or some imperial soldiers/stormcloaks, when a npc is tped into the prison room (non essential) their weapons are taken off so they wont fight but just flee all the time.

10: a special four word shout that takes 1/4 of a dragon's Hp? (in the summit of apocrypha mission he used 4 words of power to kill the dragons "sahrotar blah blah blah")

11: special Mora's Champion missions? (you go to your cultist home steward and ask
"any missions from mora?"
then he will say:
"collect these books"
"trick this person to sacrifice himself for knowledge" (mostly just annoying npcs like nazeem's knowledge of industrial farming business, heimskr's religious knowledge etc)
"cause mayhem in this city/town/place" (caus mayhem + get up to 1000 gold bounty, there will be special made civillian npcs to kill Btw, then you go to a certain spot in the middle of a certain place etc: windhelm inn, whiterun talos statue, markarth market area and so on, you will find a little inserting thing like what is used for alduin's portal to sovngarde, activate it, then a harmaeus mora banner pops up and lasts for 90 hours, in that time if wearing/using any cultist/miraak weapons or armor, you will be attacked upon sight even if payed bounty.

but still your idea for a thing to "become" miraak and take over solstheim is one of the first and needs more attention, but i advise perhaps doing the questline finished first and perhaps make it similar to the civil war?

This mod has the potential to get the most out of the Dragonborn.
Because of that I would like to make some suggestions:

1. The Quest should only start, when you defeated not only Miraak but also Alduin and Harkon. Only when you defeated the three main bosses of the game, then the quest should be triggered.

2. Include the Dragon Shout: "ziil-los dii du!"/"Your soul is mine to devour!" with the animation. In addition it should not only heal the player character, also increase the base "Health/Magicka/Stamina". Miraak used this dragon shout in the final battle.

3. Replace the voice of the Last Dragonborn with Miraak's voice. (optional)

4. Permament resistance against paralysis, staggering and ragdoll by using special Spell tomes created and given by Hermaeus Mora. For example, when some opponent uses "Unrelenting Force" then you will be unaffected.

5. Make the Last Dragonborn resistant against the toxic green liquid.

6. "Meteor Storm": Summon a storm that rains meteors from the sky. (optional)

7. "Reanimate Dragon"/"Slen Tiid Vo": Use one Dragon Soul to resurrect one Dragon. Alduin used this in Kynesgrove to resurrect a Dragon.

8. Teach your henchmen/cultists your spells and shouts.

9. Create a Arena/Colosseum to let your overpowered cultists fight against each other.

10. Expand Apocrypha to make it bigger than Solstheim.

11. Make a quest to conquer the world Nirn. Give the option to enslave or kill important/essential and normal NPC's.
