Ideas
I'm having trouble thinking up ideas for my planned Civs, I'll need some ideas.

Squidward: A cultural focused Civ, of course.

Trait: Gets a free Great Artist when completing the Artist Guild and a free Great Musician when completing the Musician Guild. This trait might need more things into it.
U.Unit: No clue. Maybe a seahorse rider to match Squidward's fanciness?
U.Building: Easter Island Head House: Does something culture related, not sure what else. Needs to replace a building

Sandy: A science focused Civ.

Trait: No idea. Maybe +1 Science for each pasture?
U.Unit: Not sure. Maybe a Texas Ranger?
U.Building: Treedome. Replaces the Observatory, unlike the Observatory, it can only be built at the coast. City with that building produces 50% more science, plus +2 science per atoll. Might sound too overpowered.

Spongebob: No idea. I guess a City-State focused or Happiness focused Civ?
U.Unit: I'm stumped. Maybe a attack snail? Guard worm? A Mermaidman and Barnacle Boy cosplayer?
U.Building: Pineapple House. Does something...

Keep in mind that I'm not skilled in Lua, which might limit the things I can do.
Let me know with your ideas.

for spongebob, his trait should be double happinness from luctury resources, his unit i have no clue, and for the pineapple house, it should be adds 2 plus happinnes to a city? for squidward i was tihnking his triat would be "bordom" and it owuld be enemy units inside your terrority have -1 movement. sry for my bad typing im bad at it XD

Squidward's Easter Island Head House should have slots for Great Works of Art and replaces the Museum.

SpongeBob's UA should be Best Day Ever, where the We Love The King Day is replaced with the Best Day Ever, which doubles happiness from all sources as well as a growth and production boost.

Sandy's UU should be Karate Master and replaces the Scout. It can embark immediately without Optics, and has a higher Combat Strength than the Scout it replaces.

Since Squidward abhors his job and likes nothing better than to lounge around and create "art", you could make part of his UA that workers when put in sleep mode produce culture/ make a unique squidworker that does the same thing.

Spongebob's UB could be the Krusty Krab, which increases happiness (unless you're planning on a Mr. Krabs civ, in that case give it to him), or the Jellyfish field, which increases the city's HP or defense.
Spongebob's U.Unit could be Gary or Hasslehoff. Gary could replace the Warrior and have +2 visibility, basically a warrior-scout. Hasslehoff could replace the infantry and have the Blitz perk/upgrade.
Squidward's UB could be Tentacle Acres, which increases happiness and production. And I agree with Duke_of_Camden about Squidward's Unit thing.
Sandy's U.Unit could be Fuzzy, and have some karate related thing? I dunno about that one.

Those ideas sound interesting.

I already made a Krusty Krab building for my Mr. Krabs Civ, check it out in the workshop.
Duke_of_Camden's idea sounds cool, but I don't know if that's possible.
And for Sandy's UU, I had an idea for a early Karate themed era unit (Replacing the warrior, I guess) that performs better in own lands with a penalty on city attacking (Karate is used for self-defense, after all).

Yeah, I saw the Mr. Krabs thing afterwards. For some reason it's not appearing in my mods list in-game? I dunno. The idea should be possible, from what I know. and the Karate idea sounds cool. Can't wait until these come out!

also most of spongebobs ideas seem overpowerd yet pointless at the same time
my idea is is spongebob is if possibe get 1/2 more happines per luxery while every 2 gives a happy.

also the tree domes science increased should be lowerd to 40 or 30 %

Spongebob: UB: Pineapple house, replaces Granary (or something a bit later on) same effects, but + 1 food/happiness. UU: based off that episode where they're cavemen, replaces Warrior, grants +1 food (possibly slowly increases based on era?) to a random city when it kills a unit. UA: as previously suggested, "SpongeBob's UA should be Best Day Ever, where the We Love The King Day is replaced with the Best Day Ever, which doubles happiness from all sources as well as a growth and production boost." though possibly add in a golden age boost as well, since WLTKD is sometimes fairly hard to trigger. or, a military spongebob civ: UI: Jellyfish Fields, Replaces farms, damages enemy units on or adjacent to them, UU: Giant Jellyfish, replaces the Great General, has the same effects, but also damages adjacent enemy units, increased on jellyfish fields. UA: Jellyfish Catching, Grants all units the promotion Jarred Jellyfish, causes adjacent enemies to take 5 damage upon the unit dying, increases to 20 damage if unit is on a Jellyfish Field. (since it's shown that jellyfish will attack in a swarm if one is "in danger".)

Hello my name is Cherokee, I am a big Spongebob Fan and I've noticed that your looking for ideas. Well it just so happens that I have some ideas on some Unique Units that I hope you will take into consideration. I would also like to mention that I have been wanting to help with your mod series. Being that I am a Spongebob fan, and learning to make mods, I believe that I could help you out if you need it. Now for my suggestions.

Clarienet Player: A ranged unit that produces culture for every unit they defeat.

Cashier: A melee unit that is cheaper to build and earns money equal to the strength of the defeated unit.

Nemitodes: A melee unit that is super weak, but super cheap.

Inexperienced Boater: A land or possibly a sea unit that replaces cavalry or naval melee units.

KA-RA-TAE Master: A more expensive unit, but stronger.

Sandy's Unique Units.

Angry Texas Squirrels: Does 15%-50% more damage when empire is unhappy, does extra damage while inside friendly territory.

KA-RA-TAE Master: Same as Spongebob's.

The Pineapple Home could replace the Palace. Spongebob bring happiness to the world, so a bonus in that would fit very well. Maybe some slots for great works of writing, which the episodes certainly are, that provide even more happiness when filled?

Hi! I love these mods and have had a great time playing with them, but there are a few bugs I wanted to point out:

When playing as Squidward, when you learn the tech for Mechanized Infantry, you can no longer make his unique units the Sour Note Soldier. Not sure if this is intentional, just thought I'd point this out.

When playing as Plankton, I'm not entirely sure if his UA even works. Is his UA supposed to be like The Aztecs', but with Science? Every time I kill an enemy unit, I receive no indication on whether or not I've received any science and my reasearch for any given tech I have available to research is unaffected.

When playing as Patrick, I don't believe his unique building adds +1 production to Quarries like the Stone Works that it replaces. I think it might just give a +1% production, as I believe I had a mysterious +1% production when making buildings or units and I couldn't tell what the source was from.

Also an idea for a Civ:

Mrs. Puff.

UA: Boat Smarts: All naval units receive +1 Sight, and +1 Movement. Each tile with a road or railroad provides +1 Production.

UU: Boat Mobile: Replaces Work Boat. Ignores enemy ZOC. Each time this unit enters a space, all enemy naval units in adjacent spaces suffer 10 damage. Makes the Work Boat a dangerous obstacle for would-be naval invaders, but is easy to destroy because it can't actually defend itself. Its damage merely comes from the ineptitude of certain motorists (So much destruction. This reporter asks: Why?)

UB: Boating School: Replaces the Lighthouse (or Harbor if you want to delay an early game steamroll). Each naval unit built in this city starts with +15 experience.

Also, a suggestion for Mr. Krabs, why not make part of his UA: Great Merchants Slots produce +1 food? (Since that's Mr. Krabs' whole thing is making money by providing food). And then give his 25% off naval unit mantenance to Mrs. Puff if you still want to retain that?
