SpongeBob's UA should be Best Day Ever, where the We Love The King Day is replaced with the Best Day Ever, which doubles happiness from all sources as well as a growth and production boost.
Sandy's UU should be Karate Master and replaces the Scout. It can embark immediately without Optics, and has a higher Combat Strength than the Scout it replaces.
Spongebob's U.Unit could be Gary or Hasslehoff. Gary could replace the Warrior and have +2 visibility, basically a warrior-scout. Hasslehoff could replace the infantry and have the Blitz perk/upgrade.
Squidward's UB could be Tentacle Acres, which increases happiness and production. And I agree with Duke_of_Camden about Squidward's Unit thing.
Sandy's U.Unit could be Fuzzy, and have some karate related thing? I dunno about that one.
Those ideas sound interesting.
I already made a Krusty Krab building for my Mr. Krabs Civ, check it out in the workshop.
Duke_of_Camden's idea sounds cool, but I don't know if that's possible.
And for Sandy's UU, I had an idea for a early Karate themed era unit (Replacing the warrior, I guess) that performs better in own lands with a penalty on city attacking (Karate is used for self-defense, after all).
also most of spongebobs ideas seem overpowerd yet pointless at the same time
my idea is is spongebob is if possibe get 1/2 more happines per luxery while every 2 gives a happy.
also the tree domes science increased should be lowerd to 40 or 30 %

Hello my name is Cherokee, I am a big Spongebob Fan and I've noticed that your looking for ideas. Well it just so happens that I have some ideas on some Unique Units that I hope you will take into consideration. I would also like to mention that I have been wanting to help with your mod series. Being that I am a Spongebob fan, and learning to make mods, I believe that I could help you out if you need it. Now for my suggestions.

Clarienet Player: A ranged unit that produces culture for every unit they defeat.
Cashier: A melee unit that is cheaper to build and earns money equal to the strength of the defeated unit.

Spongebob's Unique Units.
Nemitodes: A melee unit that is super weak, but super cheap.
Inexperienced Boater: A land or possibly a sea unit that replaces cavalry or naval melee units.
KA-RA-TAE Master: A more expensive unit, but stronger.

Sandy's Unique Units.
Angry Texas Squirrels: Does 15%-50% more damage when empire is unhappy, does extra damage while inside friendly territory.
KA-RA-TAE Master: Same as Spongebob's.
Possibly some kind of robot?

Thank you for taking the time to read my suggestions. Though they may not be great, hopfully you got something out of it.
When playing as Squidward, when you learn the tech for Mechanized Infantry, you can no longer make his unique units the Sour Note Soldier. Not sure if this is intentional, just thought I'd point this out.
When playing as Plankton, I'm not entirely sure if his UA even works. Is his UA supposed to be like The Aztecs', but with Science? Every time I kill an enemy unit, I receive no indication on whether or not I've received any science and my reasearch for any given tech I have available to research is unaffected.
When playing as Patrick, I don't believe his unique building adds +1 production to Quarries like the Stone Works that it replaces. I think it might just give a +1% production, as I believe I had a mysterious +1% production when making buildings or units and I couldn't tell what the source was from.

Also an idea for a Civ:
Mrs. Puff.
UA: Boat Smarts: All naval units receive +1 Sight, and +1 Movement. Each tile with a road or railroad provides +1 Production.
UU: Boat Mobile: Replaces Work Boat. Ignores enemy ZOC. Each time this unit enters a space, all enemy naval units in adjacent spaces suffer 10 damage. Makes the Work Boat a dangerous obstacle for would-be naval invaders, but is easy to destroy because it can't actually defend itself. Its damage merely comes from the ineptitude of certain motorists (So much destruction. This reporter asks: Why?)
UB: Boating School: Replaces the Lighthouse (or Harbor if you want to delay an early game steamroll). Each naval unit built in this city starts with +15 experience.

Also, a suggestion for Mr. Krabs, why not make part of his UA: Great Merchants Slots produce +1 food? (Since that's Mr. Krabs' whole thing is making money by providing food). And then give his 25% off naval unit mantenance to Mrs. Puff if you still want to retain that?
