Mod order incorrect json

when I load the json the load order is incorrect and therefore crashes upon starting. Have attempted multiple times with the same result

Again...the JSON is the load order. I have no idea where you''d get a "proper" load order.

I just loaded the playset from the json and my game crashes whenever its loading after I select a ruler for some reason.
