Not Infected? :(
Based on the most of the comments, I'm afraid to say that is very hard to add infected snpcs. The reason is because there aren't models of infected in gmod (except for the clicker and bloater) and i don't have knowledges in how to extract and model the models of the game to gmod. So, if you have the game and you know how to extract and make the models (with skeleton include pls) with pleasure i will add new infected snpcs. Anyways, the clicker might be added in a next update.

listen you get the models from the game cuz i know there is and then you port its files into your computer then you find the infected model's and port them to Gmod

No, i don't have neither runners nor the rat king models. Besides, this is not a TLOU 2 mod, and I'm not planning to do that. Clicker have been added and the bloater might be added in a very far update (1 year later minimum).
