however, you can build it in a strange unique way using the custom powers/buffs/debuffs system, I've done it before for a character I built based on "sleepwalking" for several turns before "awaking" and getting buffed for a single turn based on how long they were "asleep"

That sounds like a cool concept. I'm struggling a bit to get the cards to interact in the ways that i want but i understand it isn't a full mod tool.
