- The Stance condition under a When X node can now trigger upon exiting a particular stance when the random flag is turned on
- Numerical values in auto-generated tooltips for custom powers now show the effect at 1 stack of the power instead of 0 stacks
- Fixed custom run modifiers adding additional card colors (e.g. Red Cards) not adding custom cards made for that color into the card pool

- Added a condition ("If Upgrade") and modifier ("X Per Upgrade"), both of which check the upgrade level of the object invoking them
- "Stack X power" effects underneath "When gain X power" conditions pertaining to the same power will no longer infinitely recurse
- Fixed "Obtain relic" effect not being able to give out custom relics if they are not explicitly selected in the Relic dropdown
