(bug) piano roll horribly innacurate on low octaves
as of playing bard i've realized that theres something up with the lower octaves when i was trying to play a certain guitar riff as a combo in singleplayer. what i'd found to be 1, maybe 2 broken notes has now revealed itself as a much larger issue.

im a sucker for any music mechanic in any game, so i setup an environment to make music replays with bard. As i tried to play songs in low octaves, It turned out that many of the notes, specifically in the lower 3 octaves, are what i have previously described as "♥♥♥♥♥♥ up and evil."

G#1, C#2, E2, G#2, A#2, C#3, and F#3 all play in octave 4. This is probably because it's the default octave, but as a consequence playing any of these notes yields a pitch that's jarringly high. these pitches (except A#2) are technically playable, but only by playing different notes. if this were the only problem music would just be annoying.

G1, C2, D#2, G2, C3, and F3 all play 1 step too sharp. They're absent from the audible scale, and thus entirely unplayable.

While this only affects notes from G1 and F#3 since all other notes play as intended, I prefer the lower octaves to the higher ones since it's easier on my ears.
the fact that some notes don't work because of jank makes the lower octaves just feel bad to play, since about 15% of the piano is inaccessible or desynced.

I really love this character and want to see that it works properly in the future but at the moment its painful to end up playing the wrong piano notes because of seemingly random jank. really hope this gets ironed out soon.
