(bug) piano roll horribly innacurate on low octaves

there should probably be more ways to get notes in neutral

as it stands the only way to get notes other than hitting the enemy (with mostly stubby normals, mind you) is through improvisation R/Y/B which you can only do once per queue. Without some sort of change, Bard feels too conceptually weak

I am in agreeance After getting an exiled to 1 hp they turtled up in a corner with no way for me to practically approach them. Maybe some movement option would be nice
