I was messing with many other mods that could affect it, with this mod, mod loader and it appears your mod to be an issue.
Love this mod, but sadly I must deactivate it.
I know it's safe to disable it on active safe, so I'm not worried.

Was the bug you were experiencing "No repair recipes show up at all when I open the repair menu"? If so that was a general bug that affected all users (it went away for the session after opening the repair menu a second time). I found and patched that bug a couple minutes ago.

can you specify or screenshot all mods you were running? The only thing that should cause incompatibility is if the other mod also overwrites the repair function.
