About 4K resolutions and weapon icons
Apparently some characters from the fonts used for weapon icons (HalfLife2.ttf and HL2MP.ttf) do not render past certain sizes.

I do not have access to a 4K monitor to check out how vanilla HUD looks like, so I'd appreciate screenshots (in particular of the weapon selector).

I added a toggle to limit the scaling to 1440p (1080p in Linux since it crashes on 1440p) for now to avoid any more issues.

An optional HUD scale limiter has been added to 1080p.
