Feedback and suggestions.

1) Rogue Idol in each settlement of Vurzag (subfaction of savage orcs) looks a bit OP
2) Unique branch of buildings of "savage orcs" of Vurzag has no garrison

3) Link functionality of garrison sally to protection building.
