@James Bong every map included in this list doesn't collide with another map on this list with the exception of the roads linking maps that need a specific load order. Without those specific ones, you can pick any from this list and it won't clash. That being said, there are a lot of maps in this list and I take time every few of weeks to check if any of them individually are reporting issues (usually they don't outside of game updates). I also play with these maps myself, so I can sometimes pick up when things are having issues.
In general, maps don't really cause issues unless cells override each other, and you can sometimes get away with that in load order but the point of this collection was to have no collision to make it easy.
Regarding performance, it's down to your own PC and it's capabilities - it's going to be slow on an older device or lower tech if you have every single map mod (which, is a lot for a single player play-through anyway).
I hope that answers your question!

and this mod?
--- and you dont have map SEASIDE on your collection mods, but have on "Map of All Mods Listed"
ForagingZ looks like it adds foraging zones to the vanilla maps, not map mods. You're probably going to mess things up when you start changing the foraging zones.
Map was out of date, the Imgur link didn't update, should be fixed now.
