Uninstalling the game
I'm stuck with this absolue nonsense of unbalanced mod, and I can't even uninstall it as it breaks my world map..

You never uninstall mods mid game. They will always, ALWAYS cause issues. Unless you have a save from BEFORE you installed it.

Well most of them don't cause any issue, but the fact that it adds a faction shreds all my hopes of continuing this masterclass of save that I had

just use Mid-saver Saver? Got an option to salvage your save when you remove a faction. A lot of mods say don't remove midsave
