Uninhabitable Underground is a map override so I don't think so. And Harmonious Lands I can't even find in files lmao

would it be possible to make an even more ancient ruins modifier?

and maybe a no ancient ruins one? though i think i saw another mod do that

Hey, don't know if it's possible but a night modifier for a darker world can be awesome, purely cosmetic but it's something missing in the game
trait which allows only one city, but allows you to get more heroes than just one.

What about a 'Disdain for Good' as a contrast to the Disdain for Evil rule modifier?

Also a version of Ruined Realm that removes free cities all together. Since you can't currently play with both No Free Cities and Ruined Realm together at the moment

Hardy/Feeble Form - Everyone have +15/-15 HP
Distain for Good - Opposite of existing vanilla Distain for Evil trait.
Common Heroes - +3 Max Heroes
This one might not be possible. Could you make a trait that limits the unit tier players can use? Say limited to tier 1/2 only?

Thinking of Mass Effect 2, and the planet where it would damage you if you were caught in the suns rays.

Maybe a modifier, that if caught in places without shade (i.e. planes, grassland, mountains, etc) you would take damage per turn, but regen whilst in shaded places (underworld, forest, etc)

Land Caves - Replaces all water and lava in underground caves with habitable land connecting the entire underground.

Land Of Rain - It will always be raining, reducing enemy vision by 3 and leaving them susceptable to lightning attacks. However frogkin units and leaders benefit from it; gaining 20 HP regenerated at the end of each turn.

Overly plentiful resources - modifies resources X10

Overly large map - Modifies the largest maps to be X20.

Astute Mind - Research is instantly completed in 0 turns and does not affect world summoning points, furthermore you now have access to all tomes in the research tree.

NG+ Realm: You take all past improvements and past tome abilities, any gear, and unit unlocks / spell unlocks, and hero gear, with you into the new realm.For the avid collector who sticks to one hero.

The people worship Yaka who has given then the gift of flames in return
