I appreciate the feedback. It is possible, though I made a large post in the answers/clarification discussion. Since the war contribution could become outrageously high, it doesn't seem quite fair to have it percentage based as is. For example, if you have a large army they could calculate a 30,000 war contribution. And your war contribution as a percentage of that doesn't seem to reflect your actions during the war at the moment.
There are a few different possible solutions to this so I wanted to pose the question and have people provide direction on which path to travel down.
