Full List of Interest Group Attraction Changes
A comprehensive (as of 09.08.24) list of changes done to interest group attraction and requirements for a pop to join an interest group, as well as the exact factors affecting the attraction of the IG, Independent Workers, added by the mod.

Universal Factors
Authoritarianism and Government Workers
  • Workers in Government Administration have increased attraction to IGs in government if an authoritarian division of power law (autocracy, oligarchy, technocracy or single-party state) is active.
  • Bureaucrats have increased attraction to IGs in government if an authoritarian division of power law (autocracy, oligarchy, technocracy or single-party state) is active.
  • The effect is lessened by having multiple IGs in government.
  • Autocracy has an increased effect if only one IG is in government.
  • Oligarchy has an increased effect if multiple IGs are in government.

Leader Ideology
Leader Ideology has a small effect on interest group attraction, varying by ideology. For a few IGs, a specific leader ideology enables more pop types to join them which is more significant, and listed under the individual IGs.

  • Social ideologies (Social-Democrat, Chartist, Corporatist and Labour Sympathizer) increase support from Laborers and Machinists who has at least 10% loyalists, and decrease support from Capitalists and Shopkeepers.
  • Radical Social ideologies (Communist, Anarchist, Vanguardist) increase support from Laborers and Machinists who has at least 10% radicals, and decrease support from Capitalists and Shopkeepers.
  • Liberal ideologies (Reformer, Chartist, Democrat, Liberal Nationalist and Orleanist) increase support from pops with a literacy rate above 60% and who have at least 10% loyalists (but never Aristocrats, Clergymen and Officers), and decrease support from Aristocrats, Clergymen and pops whose literacy is below 25%.

  • Nationalist ideologies (Fascist, Ethno-Nationalist and Liberal Nationalist) increase support from Primary Culture pops, and decrease support from non-Primary Culture pops.
  • Militarist ideologies (Fascist, Vanguardist, Jingoist and Bonapartist) increase support from Soldiers and Officers.
  • Conservative ideologies (Traditionalist, Royalist, Theocrat, Legitimist, Slaver and Jacksonian Democrat) increase support from Aristocrats, Clergymen and Peasants, and decrease support from Academics, Engineers and Capitalists.
  • Rural ideologies (Land Reformer and Agrarian Socialist) increase support from pops employed in Agriculture, Ranching, Plantations and River Development, and decrease support from Machinists, Engineers and Shopkeepers.
  • Anti-clerical ideologies (Nihilist, Communist and Positivist) increase support from Academics and pops who do not follow the country religion, and decrease support from Aristocrats, Clergymen and Peasants who follow the country religion. Anti-clerical ideologies have no effect if State Atheism is enacted.
  • Pro-Business ideologies (Market Liberal, Protectionist, Financial Conservative and Financial Reformer) increase support from Shopkeepers and Capitalists, and decrease support from Aristocrats and Machinists.
