So... do Hookbats even exist?
Idk if I'm just REALLY unlucky or something, but I realized that I had never done the "The First Adventure" quest from the Adventurer, so I activated it and spent the next 3 in game nights with battle potions on in the surface, and I haven't seen a single Hookbat even with the quest activated. So are they broken, or is it just absolutely terrible luck?

absolutely terrible luck, i had one appear on my first night and asked myself what the funny bat was from

There's an issue with how it was programmed which made it significantly less likely to spawn with the quest on (default rate is 0.01, with the quest on it should be 0.2 now). Fixed in next hotfix!
