This quest requires me to talk to Guide or Dryad after obtaining the Occult Wall Scroll in Blood Moon and hand them either the book or the Vile powder, however, when I get to the point of delivering the item, whether I'm talking to Guide or Dryad, my gameplay interface gets stuck in a state similar to when auto-pause is turned on, and the gameplay animation It still runs, but the mouse doesn't move at all, all buttons don't respond, and it's completely stuck.
