This is the quest where you need to collect 3 packing crates and then show them to the angler, however when I talk to him after collecting them, he has his typical dialogue and the quest does not progress. The quest book says that the client was the adventurer so I tried talking to him too but nothing happened there either so I assume it's bugged.
