Recruiting prisoners mod not working
I tried importing save after removing the base mod from the save and reapplying it to the load order. The load order is the one posted on the main page, I have all optimization mods on except the nvidia one.
I am trying to recruit the Great Rich Man people that have crazy stats just to see if i can, and I have had no one tell me i can't yet so im assuming that the game is bugged.

Oh that guy probably needs a separate patch. The "Great Rich Men" are from one of those economy mods that adds additional Cats to various NPC's inventories, so that's probably why it got skipped over.

Individual mods that add like 1-2 NPCs more than likely haven't been patched, as they tend to get buried in the giant list of NPCs lol (or I simply forgot about them, so thank you for pointing this out).
