I have noticed small issues with that as well, does it appear still after Importing (make sure to leave everything ✔)? Or is it more of a graphical issue due to the Map mod?
Currently, my new save (to test things) doesn't have any significant world overrides, so I'm unable to test at this point. Any feedback is very helpful! Or, if you have the time, send a copy of your save and I can test this as well more easily.
Unfortunately it is still there. Interestingly enough, it does not appear for all towns/cities/ruins which have overrides. Mostly this issue touches holy farms, waystations, and some ruins.
The example is here {LINK REMOVED}https://snipboard.io/36Qpu1.jpg
No problem, if you want, you can upload the save and any logs you have into a Google drive or something and I can take a look. Not sure what link was blocked, STEAM tends to allow most links to be posted.
I wonder if these overrides appear because of Kaizo or UWE, as both are patched and no other mod on the list should touch overrides. If that's the case, I may need to make a new patch and/or inform the original mod creators of the issue.
Another thing too with overrides in particular, you'll need to travel at least 2 zones away (if it's mostly like Holy Nation stuff, try going all the way out to the Great Desert then go back to see if it's changed correctly). That's how the original Kenshi system does overrides.
That would explain the overrides of things like farms, but not Waystations though
Example - https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/id/Layesliosa/screenshot/2047497156167455044/
And this one, for it seems like double stacked holy farms on top of each other, although no overrides are triggered in current game (haven't killed any of important NPC's of neither HN or Shek) - https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/id/Layesliosa/screenshot/2047497156167457818/
Moreover, if I go over there and turn on edit mode, you can see that there seems to be "Tallas" town already sitting there, which, I believe, ought to be a Shek override if they take over that territory... But it shouldn't be there yet, cause, well, Seta is alive and well :D

If you want to send the save, you can go to C:\Users\YOUR NAME\AppData\Local\kenshi\save (send the folder for the most recent working save, and you can send your .log files in your STEAM\steamapps\common\Kenshi folder (kenshi_info.log / kenshi.log).
The logs help me determine what's going on and the save will let me play around with certain things to see what's causing it.
I remember an earlier version of this list caused a similar issue, unfortunately I don't remember at this time what it was (was the first patch I did for this, which was pretty much a total rework of the list lol). Are you using the latest version of the list? Did you add any additional mods? (not an issue if you did, just helps me try to pinpoint what's causing it).
Also, if you haven't already, try the moving multiple zones away to see if that works as well. Kenshi does sometimes do weird things on its own, particularly with world overrides.
I'll send you both the save and the mod.cfg file, as I do use a couple of additional mods, and also have turned some of the mods from the collection off (the throes of obedience cause ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥'S TOO MUCH SLAPPAGE, and Military craft, as I am not a big fan of animations in that one...Too flashy x) ) But the mods I am using do not add any locations to the game, so technically shouldn't cause any issues, still...
Lol, now you know why it's called Obedience
I'll take a look at your save and such to see what's causing it, thank you!
MC just adds some weird over the tops things, like that one jump over the head and smash your sword into the enemy attack. Which looks hella goofy if your character wears heavy armor, it takes him a hot two seconds of flying in mid air to finish the swing.
